FIBA UNDER-16 ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS SCHEDULE RELEASED
The top four teams from the Under-16 Asian Championships will advance to the Under-17 World Cup which will be held in Argentina from June 30-July 8.
The tournament has been delayed for a few months while the venue was finalised but it means, should the Crocs qualify, they will only have to wait a couple of months before taking on the best in the world.
Their first foray into the Under-16 Asian Championships will see Australia take on Malaysia and the Philippines in the pool stage in Group B.
If they finish on top, they will advance directly to the Quarter-Finals but even if they finish second or third, they will have one more chance to advance in a playoff game.
A win in the Quarter-Finals will move the Crocs into the Semi-Finals as well as book a spot at the Under-17 World Cup before the medal playoff games are held on the last day of competition.
Stay tuned for updates from FIBA on live-streaming options for the games.
