PARTICIPANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I will conduct myself and endeavour to ensure others in my company conduct themselves in a proper and reasonable manner and in accordance with Basketballs Codes of Conduct, a copy of which is available from Basketball Australia, Basketball Victoria, the association or from their websites.
I agree to be bound by theMetro and Southern Districts Basketball Association – Spartans Basketball, Basketball Australia and Basketball Victoria constitution, rules & by-laws and the conditions of entry into the basketball facility and to submit myself to the jurisdiction of their Tribunal, Member Protection Tribunal and any other disciplinary forum connected with basketball.
I agree to comply with any reasonable direction of any official connected withMetro and Southern Districts Basketball Association – Spartans Basketball.
I authorise the club, association, league, Basketball Australia or Basketball Victoria to obtain medical treatment for me should there be an emergency and it is not possible or reasonably practical for me to do so and acknowledge that the cost of any ambulance or medical treatment will be my sole responsibility.
I consent that I may be photographed and any photograph used in any newsletter (whether printed or electronic) or for promotion of basketball or while playing by officials for education.
I will be responsible for any willful damage to property and equipment caused by me or my child and pay for such damage on demand.
TEAM & TEAM CONTACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to be bound by the Metro and Southern Districts Basketball Association – Spartans Basketball, Basketball Australia and Basketball Victoria constitution, rules & by-laws and the conditions of entry into the basketball facility and to submit myself to the jurisdiction of their Tribunal, Member Protection Tribunal and any other disciplinary forum connected with basketball.

I understand the number of rounds and game times are subject to change during the season due to venue availability.
The Association uses Teammo software to manage match payments and forfeits online. By registering, I agree that my information (Team name • Primary team contact details: name, email, mobile • Secondary team contact details (if available): name, email, mobile) will be shared with Teammo to deliver payment and forfeit communications.
Refunds – teams who withdraw from the competition after the fixture is published will forefit the full amount of their bond and team entry.
Walkover Notification – all teams will be required to use teammo to notify the competition of walkovers, any team who gives no notification of a walkover through teammo shall in-cure an additional admin fee of $10.
