The matter was referred to an Independent Hearing Panel who, taking into account the club-imposed suspension, have determined no further action is currently necessary in connection with Rice Jnr.
Basketball Australia reserves the right to comment further pending the outcome of Rice Jnr.’s criminal proceedings.
