2018 Zebra Tour Expressions of Interest

REFEREES

The following expression of interest is to register your availability as a referee. Automatic selection is not guaranteed as there are limited spaces allocated to each state. You will be expected to be available for the entire week.

The Zebra Tour is part of the Australian Schools Championships competition, with U15, U17 and U20 divisions ran over five days at both the State Basketball Centre, Wantirna South, and Dandenong Basketball Stadium, Dandenong.

There will be no cost to attend, as Basketball Australia and Basketball Victoria will cover the costs for accommodation and ground transport to the various venues from the accommodation. 

Reimbursements are not paid to individual referees but are put towards accommodation and internal travel costs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for referees to develop their skills and meet other referees from around Victoria and interstate in a friendly, fun and exciting camp style environment.

REFEREE COACHES

Referee Coaches are encouraged to put forward an expression of interest is to register your availability for the 2018 Zebra Tour. Automatic selection is not guaranteed as there are limited spaces allocated to each state. You will be expected to be available for the entire week.

The Zebra tour is part of the Australian Schools Championships with U15, U17 and U20 divisions ran over five days across the State Basketball Centre and Dandenong.

A reimbursement of $50 per day ($250) plus all meals will be provided for all Referee Coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for referee coaches to develop their skills and meet other referees coaches from around Victoria and interstate in a friendly, fun and exciting camp style environment. Basketball Australia & Basketball Victoria will cover the costs for accommodation.
