2018 UNDER-18 CHAMPS AND KEVIN COOMBS CUP RECAP- DAY 5

After four days of group stage competition, the Quarter-Finals are upon us for the Under-18 men and women.

There are several intrastate rival clashes with Vic Metro and Vic Country set to face off in the Under-18 men’s while QLD North and QLD South will also meet for a spot in the Semi-Finals.

Undefeated through the group stage, Tas will take on ACT while WA Metro and NSW Metro will play off in the last Quarter-Final.

For the women, Vic Metro and SA Metro are the two unbeaten teams for Pool A and Pool B and they will battle with QLD North and QLD South respectively today.

Following a heartbreaking loss on the buzzer yesterday, NSW Metro must regroup quickly as they face Vic Country while WA Metro will meet with NSW Country.

The Kevin Coombs Cup competition continues today as well after Queensland and South Australia split their opening day with a win and a loss each.

Victoria and Western Australia are also on the winners list while NSW will look to join them when they face WA today.
