Three teams are off to successful starts in each pool for the Under-18 men including defending champions Vic Metro in Pool A.

They will take on WA Metro today who are 1-1 after the opening day of the tournament and a third game in just over 24 hours will complete a busy start to the tournament for them.

In Pool B for the men, Queensland North, NSW Metro and Tasmania are all on the winners list after Day 1.

The metro teams sit on top of Pool A for the women with WA Metro, Vic Metro and NSW Metro all recording wins while QLD South have already played twice before a clash with NT this afternoon.

In Pool B, Vic Country flexed their muscle against QLD North, NSW Country won a thriller against WA Country and SA Metro were also successful against Tas.

Don’t forget the Kevin Coombs Cup begins on Wednesday with the pool stage games for the Under-18’s running until then before finals start Thursday.
